Moratel is a platform that connects students with qualified Quran teachers for memorization learning. Our Service includes:
- Teacher and student profile management
- Session booking and scheduling
- Live classroom sessions
- Quran reading and memorization tools
- Progress tracking and assessments
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
3.2 Account Types
Our Service supports two types of accounts:
- Student Accounts: For learners seeking Quran instruction
- Teacher Accounts: For qualified Quran teachers providing instruction
A user may have both student and teacher accounts.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Impersonate any person or entity

- Use automated systems to access the Service without authorization
5. Bookings and Sessions
5.1 Booking Process
Students may browse available teachers and book sessions based on available time slots. Each session is 30 minutes in duration.
5.2 Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel or reschedule bookings according to the policies set forth in the app. Cancellation policies may vary and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
5.3 Session Conduct
All users agree to:
- Attend scheduled sessions on time
- Maintain respectful and professional conduct during sessions
- Use the Service for its intended educational purpose
- Not record sessions without explicit consent from all participants
6. Teacher Responsibilities
Teachers using our Service agree to:
- Provide accurate information about their qualifications and experience
- Maintain professional standards in their teaching
- Respect student privacy and confidentiality
- Adhere to their scheduled availability
- Provide quality instruction consistent with their stated expertise
7. Student Responsibilities
Students using our Service agree to:
- Provide accurate information about their learning goals and proficiency
- Attend scheduled sessions prepared and on time
- Respect teachers and other users
- Use the Service for legitimate educational purposes
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Moratel and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our written permission.
9. Payment Terms
If applicable, payment terms for sessions or subscriptions will be clearly disclosed before you make a purchase. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of any teacher's instruction. The relationship between teachers and students is solely between them, and we are not responsible for the content or quality of instruction provided.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MORATEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moratel, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
